Jeff Skilling in April 1993 when he was just a mere Chairman and CEO of Enron's Gas Services company in an internal video about "solutions" at EGS.
Skilling was eventually CEO of Enron Corporation and is currently serving a 24-year, 4-month prison sentence at the Federal Correctional Institution, Waseca in Waseca, Minnesota.
